So I made this for a dinner/snack. The bacon was the last of my uncured cherry-smoked bacon that was $$$. The pepperjack cheese is a very nice touch and gives it a nice spicy kick at the end. Definitely will make again, but next time I might use a different meat. Holy manwich, it was delicious!
